PulsUp Competition at Carpathian Startup Fest 2026

The sixth edition of Carpathian Startup Fest, held under the slogan “get it done,” brought together more than 1,500 participants, representatives of hundreds of startups, and over 50 venture capital funds in Jasionka near Rzeszów.

Organized by the Rzeszów Regional Development Agency (RARR), the event focused on transforming innovative ideas into real business outcomes and accelerating market implementation.

One of the festival’s highlights was the PulsUp competition, organized in cooperation with the editorial team of Puls Biznesu. The competition required participants not only to deliver standard startup pitches but also to demonstrate their ability to respond quickly to market crises and answer detailed questions from the judging panel.

Among the distinguished startups was Echo Sense, which successfully advanced through the qualification rounds to reach the PulsUp semifinals. As a semifinalist, the company presented its proprietary elderly monitoring and assistance technology during pitching sessions before investors and industry experts.
